The Confederation of Kent Green Parties welcomes the excellent statement by our friends in Tunbridge Wells, authored by Geoff Mason, responding to the new EHRC guidance on the 2010 Equality Act.
As is true of the Green Party nationwide, we too stand in unequivocal solidarity with trans and non-binary people and the entire LGBTQ+ community, and we deplore the cruel and ill-informed backlash against trans rights in the UK and elsewhere.
